Glycol System Service

  • Regenerate or replace glycol every 18–24 months

  • Inspect the glycol pump assembly for wear

Cooling & Airflow Performance

  • Chemically clean condenser components

Gas & Pressure System Checks

  • Tighten all gas nuts on keg couplers

  • Physically inspect CO₂ and mixed gas lines for damage

  • Check regulators, manifolds, and valves

  • Run a full system pressure test to ensure correct balance

Draft Line & Tower Inspection

  • Inspect visible beer line bundles for tears, wear, or damage

  • Check FOB (foam-on-beer) devices for proper venting

  • Inspect beer towers for shank or faucet damage

  • Confirm system cleanliness and overall equipment functionality
